AP Flash Cards
All vocabulary flash cards for this course are to be completed for EACH chapter and using the following guidelines:
1. Your vocabulary words are the purple/dark blue italicized terms written throughout each chapter. Write the terms and the page numbers down that are provided in the text.
2. Make Handwritten flash cards for each term. You may not copy and paste terms on flash cards, they must be handwritten to receive a grade. The front side should have the concept(term) and the Trigger written on it, and the definition should be written on the opposite side.
3. Flash Cards will not be accepted unless they are index cards and linked with a metal ring. Do not use zerox, notebook, loose-leaf or construction paper (unless you have spoken with me personally). You may however cut your index cards in half or thirds to get better usage from them.
4. The first flash card will be your information card and should contain the following information: your name, period, chapter number, and date. The top card will also be used by me to assign your grade.
5. Turn in Flash Cards for 15 points formative grade.
6. Do not turn in Review Guides or Course Notes; they are provided only as a courtesy to assist you with completing your flash cards.
7. Flash Cards will be returned to you prior to the upcoming chapter test so that they may be used as a study tool.
8. My suggestion is to hold on to all Flash Cards during the year as they will be a tremendous help in preparing for the Psychology AP exam in May.
9. Flash Cards will be graded by my standard policy: On or before the due date with 70% proficiency = full credit. After due date or not to completion = ZERO.
